We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Requirements and Responsibility

• Proven 1 year experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration principles and practices
• Proficient in equipment repair and maintenance.
• Familiarity with air conditioning systems and components.
• Excellent mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience in field service or a related field is a plus.
• Install/reinstall furnaces/air handlers.
• Evacuate, charge any AC or Heat pump.
• braze, experience build any fitting on site with flat stock.
• Must be able to pass drug & background check.

License/Certification

• Driver’s License (Required).
• HVAC technician
• Certifications for Journey.
• Low Voltage.
• EPA 608.
• CFC card.

Salary: Compensation is negotiable and will be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

• Russian language skills are preferred but not required

We are searching for a reliable, self-starter with the ability to problem solve in the field and lead a team of apprentice laborers. An Experienced HVAC/R, install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC/R) systems in our clients`s buildings. Experience with sheet metal work and refrigeration is preferred.

Requirements

• Ability to work 40+ hours
• HVAC Installation, 3 years – preferred
• Sheet Metal Work and Refrigeration – preferred
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Perform work assignments both with a team and independently
• Install new HVAC systems in new build or renovation projects
• Professionally Communication with co-workers, managers, and customers
• Use proper personal protective equipment
• Present a professional appearance and conduct
• Follow blueprints from other HVAC specialists or design your own systems
• Test and troubleshoot your installations after completion
• Basic record- keeping techniques
• Complete system installs in accordance with state and local regulations
• Travel to job locations as scheduled
• Must be able to pass drug & background check

License/Certification
